Gramercy Amenities
These amenities are conceptualized and designed by Chatfores Design Studio and executed by HNL Engineering and Construction. We first used PVD Stainless Steel Titanium Coated Panels on this project which were used through out the amenties areas. There are a myriad of materials used here as well such as grass cloth fabric (Abaca), sound acoustic pvc panels, engineered wood, wood veneer panels, neoflex rubber flooring, natural stones (ie. Nero Marquina, Traverine, Golden Beige), WPC floor decking, metal trims, color coated glass, black and bronze mirrors, wallcovers, costomized MFC paneled lockers, and a lot more that made this one of a kind extended living spaces for the building residences possible.
